Dr. Longton's suggestion that I enroll in the Slow Method Pilates class to help control my back pain was excellent. These classes have made a tremendous difference for me as far as my strength, flexibility and mobility are concerned. I am able to do far more than before I started the training.  After each class, I feel "as if I could conquer the world."  When I am unable to attend class during vacation breaks, I feel my flexibility and strength slipping.  I plan to continue with the training indefinitely.   N.M.
