We offer a range of affordable classes tailored to meet your unique needs both in ZOOM or in person. Many of our classes are small private groups of friends meeting weekly at a students home or office. Class fees are very affordable.

Our regular ZOOM classes are every MON and WED 9:30-10:20 am, PST, or we can create a custom class time that works for you. 

 
 
Slow Method Pilates - Flex band and Foam Roller
Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, strength and coordination through Pilates in a slow burn fashion. Using the flex band for strength and foam roller for balance and muscle massage.


Slow Method Pilates -Magic Circle
Improve your strength and coordination through Pilates in a slow burn fashion using the resistance ring.


Slow Method Pilates - Fitness Ball
Similar routine as above, but additional balance and abdominal exercises using a large fitness ball.

Slow Method Pilates - Flexband Strength Training
For those that prefer to skip using a foam roller. Similar routine to the others, but with variations.

 
Custom workouts created by request.
