Slow resistance training is weight training in a efficient and concentrated form. It's been shown to be safer and work faster to change body composition. The secret is the slow controlled movements.

 Slowing down forces the muscle to work 100 percent on their own. It is a different sensation from other workouts and our experience shows that results are faster when moving slower.
